Looking Good in Monochrome
Hey guys, remember our very first model, Trisha? Well, she is back, this time in an indoor, studio setting. I keep asking my readers and bloggers to send me pictures based on a specific theme, color or seasonal trend. Finally, somebody heard me…
First Look
For the first look, Trisha has put together an all black ensemble (mono chromatic, yay!) she’s wearing a V-neck shirt with ash black skinnies and she has topped it off with a very retro, dotted blazer. The mono chromatic look can sometimes be difficult to carry out because you either end up looking like your 5 year old cousin who loves to match everything or you end up wearing almost similar hues that clash with each other. The trick is to mix different textures and patterns together or play with different hues of the same color.
Second Look
For the second look, Trisha wore her favorite fall boots and high waist, yellow riding pants. Generally grey and brown don’t go together, but these three colors somehow look great together to me (probably because the tone of all three shades is the same), they’re very evocative of fall, and make me wanna go riding.
Trisha’s friend Jenna Thompson took these lovely photos.
Thanks Trisha and Jenna!

I really love both looks! Great blazer!
